Omega-3 Peanut Butter & Apple Jelly sandwich on Double-Fiber Whole wheat bread with a cup of 1% milk. 345 calories total. Personally I can't stand whole wheat bread but 15 seconds in the microwave will make anything edible, plus warm peanut butter always tastes better.0

Supper: homemade veg soup and wine
Mid afternoon snack: crackers and cheese
Lunch: pork loin chop, salad of red lettuce, low fat french dressing, half avacado, vine ripened tomato.
Mid morning snack: greek plain yogurt, blueberries, splenda
Breakfast: toast with crunchy peanut butter and low sugar orange marmelade, coffee.0 -

For lunch I am havin 20 oz blended frozen green veges with mint, 100g pan- fried chicken breast 50g quinoa & 50g baked sweet potatoes. Very satisfying :happy:0
