    I'll be doing triceps tonight anyway so sure, why not.

    Cable press down 4x8 = 32 (As much weight as the cable machine has)
    Overhead extension 4x8 = 32 (2-3 sets with 100 lb. dumbbell, lighter when tired)
    Dips 4x10 = 40 (Lifting my 215 lb. self)
    Kickbacks (or extension with rope attachment on cable) 4x8 = 32 (Whatever feels heavy at this point)

    Total = 136. Cool. Never actually counted total reps before.

    DONE. :drinker: Used a resistance rope, so I didn't know how that refers to using weights. Definitely could tell my left arm much weaker.
