    43 for me. I started 5 days ago and so far so good. Everyone seems super nice and very encouraging. It's amazing how different this is as I'm getting older. Of course, I don't think losing weight will help my eye sight though. I think that's the worst!!! Never thought I would be grabbing the drugstore glasses. LOL!!!
