    90 minute weights: Squats, Leg Press. pull ups, pull downs, rows, bent rows, backward flys, and combo reps of squat/military shoulder press with dumbbells

    Just finished two hours of tennis. I definitely gave it my all. Getting out of the car was quite interesting.

    I did body pump(1 hour) at 24 hour fitness this morning, and just finished up with water aerobics(1 hour).

    My long run today (usually Sundays, but oh well) - 9km. Felt good at the time, but my ankle is now a little stiff. Nothing major I'm sure, I sometimes get a little tight when I finish a longer/harder run. Usually not until the day after though.

    Finished 2hrs at Zip fitness. Accomplished today, Elliptical 40min. levels 14-16, dips, pull-ups, Chest and Back. Tomorrow, same line-up except Bi, Tris and Shoulders instead of Chest and Back. Rest Friday, Saturday Cardio and Legs. The pattern 3 on 1 off. Depends on schedule. Eat 5-6x a day.:heart:

    I swam 600 meters and then did aquafit (deep water) tonight after work. And I enjoyed it too.

    I did the elliptical for 45 minutes, 120 Lunges, 60 Squats, minute and a half wall sit, 90 calf raises and 90 oblique Crunches
