    I did 47 mins up and down hills walking. Got it in before it gets to hot, still it was a 3 paper towel sweat.

    After literally weeks of joint issues and chronic migraines I'm able to walk again. This morning: 60 min on the NordkTrakx9i, 2.5mi @ 2.5mph & 2.5% incline.

    Some inspiring posts here. I may not be making the intense burn the rest of you ladies are but for me, today is a real success.

    Its the fact that you are DOING IT, that counts !

    If I am able to go to the gym tonight, I want to start C25K. If not I will walk my dog. Rain is in the forecast, so I think I'll try and head to the gym.

    I did that beast called an elliptical for 1 hr this am and will teach a 1 hr Zumba class this eve.

    I did Level 1 Day 2 of 30 DS this morning, and I will run for 30 minutes this afternoon. As long as I'm not too sore! :ohwell:

    Walked the dog for 20 minutes then 30 minute run at a sub-9:00 minute pace.

    This is wonderful, reading everyone's exercise for the day. Makes ya feel like you not alone in this whole body thing. This is just day 4 for me. Took the dogs on a two mile walk and did stretching right after getting out of bed and after the walk. Already feel a difference! Getting ready to go ride one of my horses out in the country, the weather is finally a little cooler out here in the midwest. Have a great day burning off those calories!

    Today's workout consisted of the following:

    Woke up at 6:50 am, got to pool by 7:05 am, started workout at 7:15 am (after stretching)

    Swim to the end of the pool, freestyle, get out do 20 push ups, jump back in the pool and swim back to the start, breast stroke.

    Repeat 10 times.

    After that we did the following

    Gorilla Jumps (in the water, to end and back)
    Lunges (in water, to end and back)
    Side Lunge (in water, to end and back)
    Sprint forward (in water to end), Spring backwards (in water back to start)
    Moi Thai Kick (in water, to end and back)

    Repeat 1 more time.

    Walk it out and cool down.

    I woke up at 4AM and walked the dogs a little over 2 miles at a speedy pace. And I will do my Back To Core Asylum video when I get home from work -- if there's time I'll toss in a 2-mile run.

    40 minutes of lifting heavy
    10 minutes on the bike and then I pooped out.... should have had a snack before my early morning work out
