    I did that beast called an elliptical for 1 hr this am and will teach a 1 hr Zumba class this eve.
    Oh yeah! Loving it and feeling awesome!

    I did Level 1 Day 2 of 30 DS this morning, and I will run for 30 minutes this afternoon. As long as I'm not too sore! :ohwell:

    My fitness to do list for today.

    1) 2+ mile walk on my lunch break
    2) BodyPump
    3) 30 DS

    Walked the dog for 20 minutes then 30 minute run at a sub-9:00 minute pace.

    This is wonderful, reading everyone's exercise for the day. Makes ya feel like you not alone in this whole body thing. This is just day 4 for me. Took the dogs on a two mile walk and did stretching right after getting out of bed and after the walk. Already feel a difference! Getting ready to go ride one of my horses out in the country, the weather is finally a little cooler out here in the midwest. Have a great day burning off those calories!

    Today's workout consisted of the following:

    Woke up at 6:50 am, got to pool by 7:05 am, started workout at 7:15 am (after stretching)

    Swim to the end of the pool, freestyle, get out do 20 push ups, jump back in the pool and swim back to the start, breast stroke.

    Repeat 10 times.

    After that we did the following

    Gorilla Jumps (in the water, to end and back)
    Lunges (in water, to end and back)
    Side Lunge (in water, to end and back)
    Sprint forward (in water to end), Spring backwards (in water back to start)
    Moi Thai Kick (in water, to end and back)

    Repeat 1 more time.

    Walk it out and cool down.

    I woke up at 4AM and walked the dogs a little over 2 miles at a speedy pace. And I will do my Back To Core Asylum video when I get home from work -- if there's time I'll toss in a 2-mile run.

    20 minutes on the cross trainer
    40 minutes of lifting heavy
    10 minutes on the bike and then I pooped out.... should have had a snack before my early morning work out

    I'm doing a Slim & Limber video to stretch and then I'm gonna do Start it up! It's a workout video series from beachbody called Slim in 6 :) and it works good I'm sore from yesterday and I can't wait to move on to the next video Ramp it up next week

    Lifting tonight after work, most likely training legs but might do back/chest instead. Not sure yet. I just know I'll be lifting :)
    Might do some cardio as well... or not! :)

    Half hour of kettlebells this morning - about 300 swings and 200 snatches.

    One hour walk this evening.

    After work I swung by my parent's house and stole 30 mintutes on their treadmill (which I had to dust off)......

    Then I came home and finished my goal time and calories burned with Netflix (Captain America) and 15 minutes on my Gazelle.:drinker:
  • I rode my bike around the neighborhood.
  • 30 min stair stepper,20 treadmill, 20 min stair climber and 40 reps of arm and leg strength training ! Now im super tired!!!
  • I took my 6 month old for a walk .its not much but more then I have been.

    Easy day for me today - 20 mins of yoga

    I ran 4 miles to the gym via trails, did an hour of weight training--increased the weight on my rows!!--, and jogged 3 miles home (took different route home). : )

    I am a sweaty beast!!

    Hula Hoop fitness class. So much fun and makes me feel like a kid again! I forget it's exercise because I get so focused on trying to master all the tricks with the hoop.
