LCHF or Count Calories?

Do you count calories at all?0

Swede here, thx for a helpful topic. Been running all summer and just recently started counting calories. I feel that the low carb will come by itself from the counting and this is great for me so far
Im running like 4-5 times per week and trying to mix some crossfit/weights into my training as of last week. First is was about looking better by loosing weight (not ever obece, just not satisfied with 176cm/84kg as a 28yr old male), now it is all about feeling better and even starting to build some muscles long term
i couldnt care less about my weight goal any more since Ive put muscle training in the mix so next thing will be to check up on % body fat instead and try to keep that low
