I realise there is a forum for the success stories but I thought it could be nice just to have a brief photo thread in here where we get to see everyones before and after photos to perhaps inspire people to other parts of the forum and push on towards their goals?

    I started out a little over 300 lbs and now I am down to 234lbs. Still have more building to do but so far so good.

    everyone looks great!!!! Mine is my avatar. Middle was at 160lbs and today i'm at 126. Down from 33% bf to 20.95%..goal is 18%

    Hit the halfway goal today. 11 more lbs to go before I hit my goal weight.

    Wow! You look incredible! Such a transformation and you look so much younger in the second pic.
