FRIDAY (8/10) MINI CHALLENGE

100 PUSH UPS!

Great for your arms/core.

Break them up.

Any kind: on floor, against the wall, using a stability ball, etc.

Post once to join the challenge and again (before midnight) when complete.

    I did yesterday's challenge and had everyone at work doing them but today will be hard. Push ups are a weakness but I am in! Love these mini challenges!

    I pretty much loathe pushups...so this is a good challenge for me. I'll do my best!

    I'm in, did them on the arm of the sofa last time, going to try slightly lower on the stairs.

    55 in so far :)

    I do them with my son every morning. (he's 10) We have been working on bodyweight exercises (no weights!) To get him started we started against the countertop in the kitchen and have moved to the stairs, as his strength increases we drop down a step. If he has trouble completing i simply put my hand under his chest and help a little. This is a great way to gradually build strength needed. Remember form is the most important here.
