    Because I'm not stressed that I have a 2lb gain on my scale, I know it's my muscles worked hard yesterday and they aren't use to that hard of a workout.

    I am happy because I've finally kicked the nicotine to the curb! I'm breathing easier! I'm enjoying just taking a huge, deep, lungs-filling breath and smiling as I exhale! I'm sleeping better at night! And I just got home from a run along the lake and I still feel so energized that I'm gonna load up my bike, my photography bag, and hit the trails for a "whatever-comes-my-way" sort of day. OMG, it's good to be alive!!!
