5.4 ish females, what is your goal?

I'm 5.4 and my goal is 140lbs at least. But i'm slowly gonna get there and then try to maintain. I don't wanna get to a weight i can't keep :-/

I'm 5'5" and I set a goal losing 71 lbs, which would put me at 165. That weight will still higher than what the BMI says I should be for my height, but I felt really good at that weight before so I would like to get back there!0

I never had a small frame, i wish i did. lol. But then again my husband is 6.3 and he likes a women with some meat on her bones :-)0

I'm 5' 5" my ultimate goal is 140 too. I'm hoping to reach it by vacation in October but I'm kind of stuck @ 150.0

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 140. I'd like to stay between 135-145, if I ever get there. I'm in my 50's and it's coming off a LOT slower than when i was younger. It's 20 pounds and may as well be 50!!0

Hi there im slightly under the 5'4, Im 5'2 and Im really hoping to get to 135lbs, Im doing 6months at a time..

I'm 5'3" and aiming for 140-150, whichever is comfortable and sustainable (MFP is set ofr 140 but I plan to reasses at 150lbs and see what that feels/looks like). My doctor is happy with that range as well. I don't want to aim for an unsustainable goal and always struggle you know?0

5'4.5" Started at 267.5 now 205. Aiming for 130-135. Depends on my fat to muscle ratio. If I am tone and can build muscle than I will be ok with it being higher.0

I am 5.4 and a half and I have hit goal (been here for three weeks). I vary from 119.8 to 122.6 on a morning basis. This is fine for me. I said 125 but I never wanted to be above that so I stopped when I hit 123. I am usually around the 122 mark and I feel really good at this weight.
Over the winter I better never see myself go over 125...128 at the most, that means only needing to lose 5lbs before the summer gets here.0 -
I'm 5'4" and I'm shooting for 145 pounds. I'll reevaluate when I reach my goal--definitely not under 140 pounds for me. I like to eat and since this is a lifestyle change, I need a weight that I will look good at, be comfortable with and be able to easily maintain while eating what I want and exercising of course. No use in being skinny and miserable and hungry.0
