I'm around 99lb right now and my goal is between 88-90lb. I have a very small frame so this isn't an unrealistic or 'unhealthy goal' for me.0

I'm 5'4", 45 yrs old, and want to return to my previous weight of 125 before I hit menopause in earnest. That was the weight I felt best. However, if my face starts looking weird, I may stop at 130.0

I'm 5'4" and I'd be happy to bounce between the low 120s to 125. That's where I was most comfortable in the past. Anything below that I look sickly and is REALLY hard to maintain. I think the individual goals really depend on your frame plus what body fat % you have.0

Hi ,
I'm 5'5 and in menopause ( 51) so my body wants to keep it's belly fat to make hormones. I have a goal of 129.5 to be exact. And I remember the jeans I wore. I'm trying to Build some muscle to trick that meno-B*. It's not rocket science.. eat less ,.. move more. Why is it so slow.?
Right now I'm just keeping my numbers from jumping up. I say " I never want to see you again #156!." And move to the next pound to lose. Ugh! if I look at the bigger number I feel hopeless.

I am 5'4.5 and 38 years old. Originally I was think my goal would be 140 pounds, but now I am thinking 145 - 150 might be more realistic and manageable.0

I'm 5'5 and I want to get to around 135 ... (currently 144). Then if I can maintain 135 for at least 6 months, i might try to lose another 50

150 would be perfect for me I think. Although, I'd be delighted to get to 160 as well.0
