5.4 ish females, what is your goal?

Hey Im 5'3 and looking to loose around 22 pounds - SLOWLY!!!! So I can maintain it and keep it off!!! Im currently sitting at about 154 - and HATING it!!! 132 is my goal0

I'm 5'3'' and I was 125/128 in the past and it looked great on me.
I'm aiming to get back to there. I carried a good amount of nice lean muscle on my at that weight so everyone thought I was around 110 when I was really much heavier. I guess I just carried weight in all the right places.
My SW was 191. CW is 170.20 -
I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is about 140lb. But at this point my real goal is size. I would like to fit into size 100

I am 5'3", aiming for 20% body fat (this might take a couple years). A "goal" weight I aiming for right now is 150, currently at 177! Taking it 15 pounds at a time and loving the changes.0

I am 131 lbs currently, and 21% BF. Trying to get down to 18% via strength training and cardio! So whatever weight that makes me, so be it. I remember always wanting to be 120 lbs, but I think now that may be too far.0

I'm 5 feet, 3.25 inches tall with a large frame. My original goal ws 140lbs, but I have since decided that I looked awesome at 120lbs at that weight, so I'm shooting for that, depending on how I look. I want to get rid of my panniculus (it's shrinking!!!!), the fat ripples on other places, too. They are all shrinking, so I'm pleased with my progress so far.0

5 foot 4-4/12, aiming for 145-150. I think that's reasonable and comfortable for my build.0

I am 5'4" and I am aiming around 140-145. I also have a medium frame. I has been a rough ride. I have around 20-25 pounds to reach that goal.0

I'm 5'4" with a bigger frame. I was always extremely athletic in school. When I was at my most active and in the best shape I was about 140lbs (I was also 16 lol). I'm 28 now. The biggest I got was 198lbs. That's when I realized that I needed to get back down to a weight where I don't feel like a sausage in my clothes. I'm currently 185lbs. My goal for now is 160lbs. When I get there I may decide to try to get back to 140lbs, but I'd be super happy if I could maintain 150-160lbs.0

5'4 and my UGW is 120. I may stop sooner though, whenever I see the body I've wanted in the mirror looking back at me.0

5'4" with a final goal of 145. I feel really great and pretty content and honestly,I think if I got all my saggy skin cut off it would weigh 15 lbs and I'd be at goal, dunno. Currently I find that final 15 a pain in the *kitten* to lose!0

I'm 5' 4". 49 years old, small boned and the perfect weight for me is 125 or so.0

I'm 5'3" (I swear I used to be 5'3 3/4", don't know what happened)
My goal is set to 133.
My lightest weight as an adult was 120 (early 20s) but I was not toned then.
The thinnest/fittest I've been since then was 140 and I still had some weight to lose (though it was good enough for me at the time, but now I want to do better). So I'm thinking 133 might be good. But I'm going to see how I feel when I get there. As I might try to get between 125-130.0 -

I'm 5'3.5/ 4" and I'm currently 157 and despite my medium build every doctor I've been to says I'm overweight that for my height I should be in between 130-140 maximum

I'm 5'4.5", and currently weigh 133 lbs. My goal is 125, but I'd be okay with 127-128 as long as I'm toned.0

Im 5.4. Even when I was thin I had a booty and thighs and I doubt I will ever get rid of that so my goal weight is about 150- I was 135 through highschool before kids so I think 150 is pretty reasonable.0

112! I have a small frame, though. When I weighed 118 I still had a belly.0
