Help!!!

Hello guys I'm from England
I've just started the 30 day shred and have completed my first work out on level one. How do I put that on my exercise list so say what calories I've burned.
I just don't seam able to work it out. HELP PLEASE.:frown:
Also I'm looking to make some new friends.:smile:

    Most people tend to log it under circuit training

    I'm on day 4 of Level 3 (I long for Level 1) and I've just logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training each day.
