Hey y'all!!

So this thingy says to "introduce yourself" so here I am.... :)

My name is Judy. I am a 27 year old mother of two, three if you count the ol' ball & chain. I would. I'm also a full time student, amateur graphic artists, personal trainer & turbo kick instructor. I run a page on facebook called "Alegria Fitness" - & that's fun times for me. I enjoy what I do....I <3 motivating people....I <3 being motivated....I have been on my own fitness journey for about 2 years &, although I'm not where I want to be just yet, I feel really good. I've learned to enjoy the present...my body at its present stage & all that jazz.

My diet philosophy is to eat real food. "Clean" eating as it's called. I eat 5-6 times a day, lots of cow, chickens & fishies.

My exercise philosophy is "ever damn day". Well, 6 times a week for an hour at least. It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you go.

    Do you log your food ? I think a lot of people along with myself would benefit from seeing someone of your caliber's daily food log.

    Nutrition has been key for my overall fitness.
