I'm still far from where I'd like to be (more muscle!!!!) but I am proud of how far I have come!!!
I think what I really like about the difference in your before and after is that you're taking a lot more care of *all* of you - skin, hair, makeup, body, and style. You really blossomed.
THIS
it's like she looks young, maybe 19-20 in her first pic, cute little library girl then BAM! beautiful woman right in your face lol0 -
This is such an inspiring thread! Honestly - my jaw dropped more than a few times ...... totally amazing transformations!
Here are my before and after pics - 296 when I started - a work in progress now, since I regained a few since this was taken but I'm getting back there - thanks to MFP! Never ever giving up again!

Here is the before pics:
Then here is a few after pics i just took right now.
Hopefully i will be able to update the after pics in a month or two when i have the elusive 6-pack i am going for. :happy:0 -
Here's my progress from this summer in the past 8 weeks. Just 10 lbs (161 to 151) but I'm happy to be headed in the right direction.

It's actually really difficult for me to find photos of myself that show just how heavy I was. I am kind of the master of shoulders-and-up only photos. But I did find a few.
I met one of my idols and ended up looking extremely pregnant in my photo with her. I would have been so upset, but thank goodness for cropping! I mean, what's the point of having a Facebook if I don't use it to brag by posting my pictures with famous people. (By the way, nobody else has ever even seen the uncropped version of this photo...until now.)
Approximately forty pounds gone...

And me now..
5'3 ish - 117lb.
It's not the biggest change, and it's been very gradual but I can barely recognize myself . I feel like a new person I can take pictures of myself0 -

At my heaviest I was 190 lbs at 5'6 1/2..I was really down on myself and pretty much wanted to crawl into a hole. It was a crazy thing to go from my skinniest at 132 lbs to falling to 190 lbs in a few years. Now after almost two years I am sticking in the low 160's (have been tetter totting back and forth from the 170's and the 160's for about a year) and venturing towards the 150's and not looking back. I am working out and training for the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon and I cannot believe the little milestones I am conquering. My hope is to get to a healthy weight for me (140? lbs) and kick this 1/2 marathon's butt in February. I am also getting married in February and planning to start a family hopefully shortly after. You can do whatever you set your mind to and nomatter what your starting weight is I am proof that the journey is hard but you can do it

Okay I am so embarrassed by my "before" pic but the success stories on here are one of the main reasons I've stuck with this so here goes nothing...
Last summer~Note the beer because I would never have posed for this pic sober! lol :blushing:
