So do you just like do a container of yogurt, and however many you get out of the tub is the calories?
I just don't wanna make these and then go crazy over the yumminess! lol
Definately gonna have to try!
Precisely. I made over 30 quarter sized dots for around 80 calories. It takes longer to eat than regular yogurt and it may just be my imagination, but it tastes better!0 -

The peanut butter banana ones really were the best. The yogurt was like ice cream!
Slice a banana thinly. Place on wax paper.
Cream together peanut butter and vanilla yogurt. Pipe (or spoon! ) onto bananas.
Freeze. Once frozen, transfer to freezer safe container.
Seriously. Try these. I about died.
That sounds really good. How much peanut butter?0 -

Mine is in the freezer right now!
I hope they're better than non-frozen yogurt LOL (I'm really NOT a yogurt fan, everytime I eat it i get dizzy....haven't figured out which ingredient does it )0 -
I've been eating these for a little over a week. Maybe it's mental because it takes longer to eat but I also think they are much more filling than reg yogurt. Love them!0
