Hello, just wondering if anyone else is on the G.I. Diet. I started this diet a week ago yesterday because it is reccommended for people with PCOS, which I have, and am hoping it leads to some loss for me.
Has anyone done this? How did/do you like it? I hope to make it a lifestyle change. Any recipes to share? I've got a tonn, but am always looking for more.
Thanks in advance!

Its called The G.I. Diet by Rick Gallop, he tells you which foods are green light, yellow and red, the foods are chosed based on their g.i. load, calories and fat...its pretty easy actally.

I really like his books too....Ive found them really helpful. I also had a recipe book.........I've recently misplaced it, but I"m pretty sure it was the Idiots Guide to Low GI and it was great.

I have all of Rick Gallop's books including the recipe one, it's fantastic! This diet is really easy to stick to, and it works!
