I need help putting together a workout for a beginner. I have looked online and am absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. I have a gym membership but I don't know how to put together a work out from the equipment available at my gym. I am on a strict budget and I can not afford a personal trainer to explain how to get the best workout and how to use the equipment. I would like to begin a cardo and strength workout at least three times a week. Any help would be appreciated!

Go online to Www.jeffgalloway.com he can get you started on a jog/walk program. I also bought his book for beginners on my kindle for $8. I absolutely hated to run and in 10 weeks I have lost 15 lbs and run/walk 3 miles every other day.0
