Yay! I'm totally in.
Not entirely sure of my stats, but currently around 72kg & would like to be 60-63kg by Christmas.

225 Min of Cardio weekly
125 min of strength training weekly
NSV: six pack every day.0 -
I'm so in! My little guy will be 2 on Christmas so it would be way nice to be down 20 lbs by then!!! I have been real sick the last two weeks and have lost my motivation so I'm sure ill have trouble the first couple days but let's do this!!
Start weight 158.2 ( this was last weeks weight didn't weigh in this am due to being sick )
Goal weight 138

Yes I am so in! I would love to be down more than 20 by christmas but if I lost at least 20 by then things would be good.

Really my goal is to lose 50 pounds before I turn 50 (April) and I just hit the halfway mark. Honestly would love to lose the other 25 by Christmas, but 20 is more realistic.
I'm in too! Never done a group on here before and I would love the support and motivation. So funny you said that your goal is 50 by 50, mine is 35 by 35! Birthday is in June.
