pb2 is powdered peanut butter. It has 85 % less fat, is all natural and contains no artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives! the only ingredients are roasted peanuts, sugar and salt! Here is the nutrition info-

    Serving Size -2 Tablespoons (12g)
    Calories -45
    Calories From Fat- 13
    Total Fat -1.5g
    Trans Fat- <0.01g
    Cholesterol- <0.01mg
    Sodium- 94mg
    Total Carbohydrates- 5g
    Dietary Fiber- 2g
    Sugars- 1g

all you do is mix it with water and it tastes fantastic! I like it way more than regular peanut butter.

But peanut butter (the real kind) is a good source of healthy fats too. High calorie doesn't mean bad. Real PB is one of the reasons I'm able to meet my calorie goals.
