First thing I hope to find peace.
Knowing I will hopefully be around longer for my children.

I plan to buy sexy skimpy outfits again. Where 4 1/2 inch shoes with my sexy outfits. Look great in skinny jeans.
Before I had my 3 kids I was a size 3/4 and even after my 1st two kids I'd pretty much look good. It was my 3rd kid which was my only son that I have had trouble dropping the weight off.0 -
Wear a size 6 again but mostly just to be able to walk (running or jumping would be a bonus) without worrying whether my left knee or ankle is going to give out out on me and drop me to the ground in excruciating pain at any moment without prior notice or warning. To be able to do a high kick or even a swim flutter kick without wrenching said knee because it doesn't want to extend all the way so people always ask why I'm limping. Which is annoying because I "limp" even when it doesn't hurt just because the extension issue makes it shorter than the other one. So to be able to go through a day (or several....hundred) without someone asking how I hurt myself or what happened or what's wrong with my leg -- that'd be nice. And lastly, to go to my doctor and say, "OK doc, I lost the weight that you wanted (and btw I am 50 pounds LIGHTER than you have EVER known me) and the whole knee/ankle thing -- yeah, still hurts just like I told you 91 pounds ago.....so what's your new plan to get this thing fixed for real?" Yep --- I think that would do it for me. )0

1. For my 30th birthday in about 5 months I want to wear this cute black dress I bought like 5 years ago and did not fit into
Long Term
2. Ride Rollercosters all day long
3. Ge repelling
4. Get dropped off in Canada for a month long camping trip
5. Not have to cry every time I go to buy new clothes0 -

I want to be able to wear a two piece and look damn good in it again. then i want to get a back tat that wraps around my hips, cause you know, i plan on my hips looking damn good. i want to go shopping and buy a nice pair of jeans that make my *kitten* look damn good...aw ****, i just want to look damn good!0

I have my goal weight (<200 lbs.) deadline set for the first week in November, which is the beginning of my two weeks of vacation from work. A friend of mine has invited me to come stay with him and his family in Belize. I've always been able to swim with my shirt off when I was over weight (256) but never had the confidence in my body. Hoping this time around I would be able to swim, lay out on the beach, and play some volleyball without being too self conscious. Other goals include:
- Buy some new shirts, some khakis, and a nice belt. I'm tired of wearing jeans and t-shirts all the time and getting them in sizes that are much smaller than I typically wear is a plus.
- Take more photos on vacation with myself included in the photos. I can stop being self conscious so much about how I look for the first time in years.
- Get off of my high blood pressure medication. I have a past history of heart problems on my Father's side of the family. I've had high blood pressure since I was 19 and I turn 27 this year. It'll be huge to be able to throw that damn pill bottle away and not have to take medicine every day.0 -
Your goals are great, but try setting some smaller, more immediate ones for the short term. If you're just looking way ahead, it's easy to get depressed and want to give up. Set your goal to increase the distance you walk. If you walk a block, shoot for two, then three or four, then try to do it in less time. Just don't think it all has to happen in a day or two. If you have a buddy who can do things with you, that helps. I always seem to walk farther when walking and talking with a friend. If you hit a plateau, don't letit stop you. Just keep on. Things will come. When I first lost some weight, I saw my blood work improve. That gave me more motivation. Good luck! You seem to have the right attitude. You can do this!

My goal is to have a healthy BMI. I don't ever want to have that sick feeling from eating too much again. When I can maintain the healthy BMI ...yes, I can this time...I want to get a whole new wardrobe! I really feel like these message boards keep me motivated and within the 1200 calories allowed daily. Somehow, I need to get the daily exercise in. Thanks to everyone on the boards! We can do this!0

I am going to travel every where! When I reach my halfway mark, I am going to go ahead and renew my passport. I want to go to Israel, Italy, Tonga and Australia.
I am also looking forward to going to the pool without being embarrassed about being so big.
And I will probably join a dating site like eharmony. LOL. ;-)0 -
Haha I have a lot. Mostly get seriously involved in acting, it's a dream I've had for a long time and I want to actually make it a reality.
