Girls, how many calories are you eating?

I eat 1600-1800 calories a day. I lift weights 3x/week with High Intensity Interval traing 2-3x/week. I have not lost a lot of weight on the scale but I have lost inches and gained muscle! It was a challenge for me to increase from the standard 1200 calories. I eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. After a workout I will have a protein shake. You migHt want to open your diary so everyone can take a look and give calorie increasing suggestions.0

I'm 5'2 239 lbs. I do strength training 2x's a week and cardio 2x's a week and my trainer wants me at 1400-1500 calories a day. Sometimes I eat a little less but I try to meet her goal for me. I have lost about 2 lbs a week.0

I'm 5'4 and around 127 lbs, I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1300 because I've been doing a lot more exercise lately and I think it will help stave off a binge.0

5'4, 100lbs, and my weekly average is 1700. I don't normally eat under 1400, and some days I eat 2000 or more.0

I am 5'6"
I eat between 1400- 1700 calories. No less than my BMR and no more than my TDEE minus 20%. It helped break through 2 plateaus.0 -
Age 54, I'm 5'2 at 190lbs, have lost 3 pounds since restart on August 8th, on Dr's diet, no more than 860 calories a day, and I don't eat back any calories, I walk 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week....not sure how the calorie intake thing works, or how food allergies fit in...but excluding many glutton products from my diet, has made me feel better and I have a hard time making myself eat all 860 calories.....0

I am 5'5" 219 pounds, started at 265
I try to always eat my BMR 1749, I range from that all the way up to 2500 calories a day.
I am averaging 1.5-2 pounds a week of loss.
I lift 3 days a week and I do cardio 5 times a week.
I forgot to add it was very important that I change my macros too. I now eat 40/35/25. I am still working on getting as close to possible to these numbers too.0 -
I eat between 1900-2200.... 5'8 1/2" and I weigh 151. Strength 3 times and cardio 4-5 times weekly.0

I am 5'5" and 128lbs. I am currently at 1310 calories per day, about ready to increase again to around 1500. I just hit my goal weight of 130lbs 2 weeks ago (I started at 180lbs!!), so I am slowly upping to figure out my maintenance sweet spot. I work out 5 days a week, 30 minutes of strength and 30-45 mins of cardio. I am currently trying to find info on cutting out most cardio and just doing weight training to lose body fat, not pounds.0

5'2
111-113lbs and net around 1550cals. Trying to increase to lose half a pound but for some reason my body reacts more to the all or nothing approach. In other words, when I lose, I lose either a pound or nothing. Lol weird actually0 -
I am all over the map. I have been running 5 times a week with some extra work outs thrown in here and there for the past few weeks and the scale has not moved at all - even though I am busting my a**
I tried the scooby calculator and reset my MFP calorie target. Now I just have to stick to it! Hopefully this helps.
I am going to try to limit my exercise calories eaten back to 300 - just to see what that does. If I am still not moving the scale I will up it to maxing out at 400 exercise calories.
2 co-workers told me I looked thinner this week so something is happening - just not much on the scale. GRRR!!
EDIT: I am 33, 5'5" and weigh 161-165. My start weight 4 weeks ago: 165!!!! GRRRRRR!!1 -

It depends on what happens when I log in with my Fitbit. Normally, I'm about 1400. Today, due to my insane number of steps....it practically doubled my calories. I saw a mountain appear before me and I barely climbed the hill of food. Sigh. It's easier when you know what to expect. I had no idea walking could make you need more food.0

I'm 5'3" and 168. I'm set at 1300 but I work out every day so I'm eating about 1500 and losing weight fine.0
-
I'm 25, 5'3", and I shoot for 1400, but always seem to eat closer to 2000. I haven't been working out due to an ankle issue, and I can't seem to force myself to compensate by not eating as if I was still working out. This = Bad news. :P0
