    I've gotten some private messages about excess skin so I'll address that here too:

    I've had no surgery to change the way any of my body looks. I've been losing weight at a gradual pace, drinking a TON of water, and toning and training my butt off. I think my age (32) might have something to do with it? I'm not sure. As you can see I still have extra skin on my stomach but that doesn't bother me all that much now. I'm hoping it will get even better in the next year.

    reading your story got me teary eyed.... that is amazing!! I have no excuses now, I am able bodied, so if someone who was recovering from an injury and surgery can do it, then just about anyone can!! You are an inspiration!! :)
