    Reading this really pulled at my heart strings as it could have been my story ... the spinal surgery etc, I was wheel chair bound for 2 years and at aged 40 now am just sorting myself out! (63 pounds lost so far)
    You have given me HOPE and INSPIRATION and I feel honored that you have shared this with us, you are AMAZING!
    May I just ask 2 questions?
    1, how did your skin ping back or have you had any help with a tuck or do sit ups or anything specific
    2, what were your meals like, did you have a certain breakfast/lunch/dinner pattern? What did you snack on when hunger took over?
