Calories in this?

Options
Hi,
I'm brand new here so I hope this is the right place to put this.
I occasionally make a batch of food that I don't think has a classification, and I'm trying to figure out the calories. Any help would be great. Basically I cook up equal parts of chopped chicken tenderloins, string beans (out of the can) no salt added, and boiled red potatos. . I cook them up separately in a wok in corn oil, then mix them together and cook them up in a liberal dousing of Italian dressing (wishbone). I eat only a bowlful for a serving.

Any idea? Thanks

I believe, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, you just add up the calories of all of your ingredients and then divide by the total number of servings.

I agree with kcdrake. When I make a dish that doesn't have nutrition info, I add up the calories and fat for each ingredient per serving.

    That's exactly what I do!
