  • 5:30 am Cant hang in the afternoon. But do walk after dinner
  • I have a three year old at home and work 8-4 Monday-Friday. So I go after 8 once he is put to bed. On days like today when I am working two jobs I go something after 10. On Fridays I stay for three hours. Let me clarify something, I have a 16 yr old son and a husband... baby isn't alone. Lol. When I was on vacation I was able to go twice a day which I really enjoyed. When you exercise in the morning it keeps u energised all day.

Late morning, early afternoon usually on weekdays. On weekends I do it around 7:30 am to 8:00 for a start time 'cause I'm a morning person and everyone else is a nightowl. :grumble:
  • Right after work, but I would like to do it at 5AM...

I'm a morning exerciser. Been that way since I was in the military. Also I find if I work out in the morning, I make better food choices later.

I also have worked out in the pm (and probably will go back to that schedule once school starts since I am a school nurse) and I find I lift less in the pm than in the am!

I am sure there must be some reason for that. Not sure what it is. But if I could...I'd always do morning

i usually exercise right after i wake up. if i am going for a run, i have to be back before 6:30 a.m., which is when my husband leaves for work (we have kids). i will probably start running during my lunch break once it's too dark though, because i prefer to run in the park and it creeps me out if it's too dark.

In the evenings after I get home from work. I can't function in a coordinated manner in the wee hours of the morning. It's already a miracle that I wear matching shoes and/or socks before I head to work.

Get up at 4:00 and do my 35 min run. Work from 7-330. Stop at gym after work three days a week for an hour or so.
  • In the evening, sometimes before or after dinner. Sometimes both...depends on what else is going on in my busy life!
  • i do mine before b-fast. usually after the kids have eaten, you know cause i gotta make it!! lol. i might eat a small breakfast if i'm hungry, but i usually work out, then i just skip to lunch.

For running... in the morning, after I poop. :blushing:

Lifting... when I'm in the mood and there's something decent on tv. I can't express enough how much I love being able to do that at home!

I am not a morning person, although I am up by 6 AM most days! I find it difficult motivating myself to workout during the day. Evenings, after dinner I enjoy working out the best!

Usually from 10pm to midnight, other than hockey and walking on coffee breaks. I go to a 24hour gym so I like later at night when there is no one there!

5:30AM. After work I'm pretty useless!

right with ya! if i don't go right when i get up, it usually doesn't happen! :(
  • I wake up at 8 am and I'm at the Gym by 8:30, usually stay until 9:45-10 each day. It's not always easy getting up that early, but I find if I wait I lose all motivation and 9 chances out of 10 I won't go. Early bird gets the worm, right?

I'm very fortunate to be self-employed, working from home. My body seems most receptive to physical activity anytime between 2pm to 6pm, so that's when I exercise. I'm envious of y'all who can jump out of bed and start working out: I've tried many times throughout the years to do that, and just can't handle it! :-)

I prefer to workout after work...GREAT stress relief! And, the bed feels entirely too good in the mornings to even consider an am workout!
  • During summer break I exercised first thing in the morning every morning. Now that school has started back I am struggling to get it in. I do have to do it in the evening if I can get it in. Trying to do it every other day.
