What time of day do you exercise?

On work days, I walk 2x a day with a co worker and do whatever other exercise I'm doing that day as soon as I get home from work. On the weekends I try to get my work out in about an hour or so after I get up.0

Well it is summer break so usually any time inbetween 1pm -5pm. The gym is nice and quiet so i dont have to hang around for machines.0

whenever I can fit it into my day. I usually work 6 10's so it's totally erratic.0

Both a.m. and p.m. cardio in the mornings.0

I work 3 14-hour workdays Sun/Mo/Tu, so if I can exercise at all, it is going to be walking to (1.25mi) and/ or fro (1.7mi) work. I usually feel too weak and haven't eaten enough before leaving the house in the morning to walk to work, but I usually walk home at night. Even though I'm shot and the distance is slightly longer, it's easier.
On my days off, I walk and/or go to the gym and will typically do so sometime between 10a.m. and 2p.m.0 -
I have to do in as soon as I wake up in the morning - I never have the drive or energy to do it after a long day at work...so I make it a point to get up early and sweat! Starts my days out great!0

i'm a grad assistant, so it depends on the day. today i went at 6pm, but i'll be hitting it in the am tomorrow because of my schedule. i prefer to go just whenever i am 'feeling it' but sometimes that doesn't always work out0

I am a morning person, though my bed has just been sooooooo snuggle-y soft lately...so I have been coming home and as soon as the last bite of dinner is chewed I jump on my recumbent bike for about 90 mins or so and try to redeem my caloric mistakes in the day. With MFP I find I am seriously weighing the options before eating, because I know what it is going to cost in time and effort to "make up" for it. My local pool is closed in the month of August for scheduled maint., once it opens in September I will be back to working out in the mornings.0

Morning. I wake ( 5 or 5:30ish), do a few things and then workout at 6. I usually have a cup of coffee and a slice of toast with peanut butter beforehand and eat breakfast after. I've found that I'm able to maintain energy better if I have a little something to eat before. Too much food, I feel woozy. No food, I feel woozy.0

whenever I can. I try to walk in 20 min in the morning that way i know no matter what the day brings I at least did something. I like to walk with my husband right when i get home to.
I also do mini challenges at work in my cube. Calf raises, squats, lunges or jumping jacks in an empty conference room.0 -

see?! I LOVE that. so many ppl complain they dont have the time, but you are obviously making the time, before work right? That's how you get it done peeps. no excuses!0 -
After dinner settles around 8pm if I'm running outside, 9pm if I go to gym.0
-
Between breakfast & lunch. Get things done before I go and get even more done after with all the extra energy I have after working out.0

Morning?
After breakfast?
After dinner?
Before bed?
When do YOU exercise?
Why? (I know this isn't a forum for questions only but)
Why are you interested? Why does it help you to know my routine? Do what fits your lifestyle.
The only reason timing of exercise is important is possibly because of the potential for determining when to take in Fuel. (ie carb loading). This might determine how much you take in and when. This is for people pushing performance and exercising long periods of time (over an hour).0 -
I exercise in the morning.0

Whenever I can! When uni starts up, though, I plan on waking up and exercising first thing. Start my day off right, and all that. Hopefully it'll become a habit.0
