    I'm in. I really like your mini challenges and haven't ever heard of arm circles, know it is self explanatory but still googled it LOL. So I have learned a new exercise thank you so much!

    I did 100 forwards and 100 backwards. That was harder than I thought it would be, my shoulders felt very heavy at the end of each set.

    I'm finished!!!! I did 100 forwards and then an hour later backwards holding 1 lb weights. That's all I had with me!
