    I have been completely slacking on my biking... :grumble: That being said- I got out and rode a little today, and then walked when I felt like my seat couldn't take any more biking. :tongue: And it seems that I have 1 more mile to reach my walking/ jogging goal! Had I known that I may have added another mile on to my walk tonight.

    8-1: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-3: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-4: 2 mi bike
    8-6: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-8: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-9: 6 mi bike
    8-10: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-13: 2 mi walk/ jog
    8-14: 6 mi walk/ jog
    8-15: 4 mi walk/ jog
    8-16: 2 mi walk/ jog
    8-18: 4 mi bike & 4 mi walk/ jog

    Total: 61 mi: 49 walk/ jog, 10 bike

    Goal: 80 mi: 50 walk, 30 bike

    I just got back from vacation and I really racked up the miles. Beautiful resort, with LOTS of walking involved!
