I'm an Instructional/Graphic designer. I make aviation e-learning and instructor led training for people who operate private jets. Pretty interesting, and I get to work from home.

Pros of working from home: I can always fit in my exercise and make a healthy meal.
Cons of working from home: I live alone and until MFP, ate whatever I wanted because there were no witnesses

By day, I'm an academic librarian with a college in the Indianapolis area as well as an adjunct instructor teaching an Information Literacy course.

In the evenings, I work with an improv comedy group called Comedysportz. But it's more of a labor of love.

I want to get to know the people in the MFP Community a little bit better. What does everybody do? What is your title?

I'll go first. I am a stay-at-home Mom and Editor/Proofreader of my own business called The Werd Nerd. :glasses:

Exactly the same.. although I'm more freelance. I'd much rather get back to working for a paper, or another company though.

Wow! Such fun to read & really impressive people here. I'm an Auto Claims handler for my state & sit all day wearing a headset. I adore horses & am married to an unemployed carpenter who is handy but not horsey. We both adore our 3 year old Princess of a granddaughter that lives close-by.

Am looking for friends & encouragement as I keep back-sliding.........

I am an Applications Specialist for chemical injection pumps in the Petrochem industry....nobody ever wants to know more about what I do...most of them give me a blank stare when I explain. I'm a big nerd, so my friends make fun of me when my face lights up if I talk about Reverse Osmosis or I use words that they don't know....

I just graduated from school to get my Esthetics License. I guess an Engineering degree wasn't enough work for me, so I went back to school for something else. Now I can say I do facials, body wraps, makeup on the side....people actually want to know more about that job. It's easier to explain than my day job.
