So apparently I was still brain dead last night after working on Saturday because I set my alarm wrong. I usually get up at 4:45am so I have time to do the Tough Mudder Bootcamp before walking with my friend at 6:30...well, I got through the first circuit and happened to notice it seemed light out and it's NEVER light out at 5:30...hmmmm, glanced at my phone ACK! It's 6:38! I was LATE! How did that happen!!
Anyway, I resolved to finish my workout AFTER work and I did. I managed to rake in a total of 5.5 miles today:

Today is Aug 20 and only half the starters are still active, the rest are MIA :sad: :ohwell:
@ Dinos, I'm not MIA, I've just been sick. But I'm finally feeling a bit better. Walked 5 miles yesterday and ran 3 today. I may still be able to make my goal. It's only 4 miles a day. Wish me luck!

Janet I wasn't referring to you. I was talking about the 100 or so people who started like: 'I'm so totally in', 'This is exactly what I need', 'let's kick some butt' etc etc and never delivered a single yard0 -

Yes, Karischulte, you need to set a distance goal (miles or km) and check back periodically to let Dinos know what progress you have made. Your goal can be running, walking, cycling, swimming, or anything else that you can track in miles or km, or all of the above. You are only competing against yourself. Dinos tracks our progress in a spreadsheet and needs to know how far you have gone and what your goal was. Most people use Ticker Factory. Bluiz13 will create the new thread around Sept 1. If you can't find it, feel free to send me a message. One thing though, please don't join unless you are really going to work toward your goal ... people who say they are going to do the challenge and then drop out create extra work for Dinos and are kind of annoying to the rest of us.
