    Hey everyone!!! I went from a size 14, 190 lbs and 36% body fat to a dress size 2, currently 132 pounds and 16.8% body fat!!!

    No fad diets, no gym.... Made this a lifestyle change!!! I've got ABS now, and I've had 2 kids!!!!

    If I can do it, I KNOW you all can too!!!

    This shows me from the beginning, after doing Turbo Jam and Insanity, and then what happened after I started lifting weights (and no, I did not get bulky!)

    I am SO HAPPY I didn't give up!!! MFP ROCKS!!!

    I have grown to love fitness so much I am now trying to get my certs to be a personal trainer :)

    I really can't believe what you have accomplished! You really have proven that anyone can transform themself with hard work and changing their mindset. I AM going to meet my goals.....make that exceed my goals.......thanks for the inspiration - you look amazing!!!:smile:
