    I lost my dad in Oct 2011 and started my journey in May. I never go a day without thinking how proud he would be of me, and I am still many lbs away from goal. You are an inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing your story and pics. You have done me quite a service today :)

    you look awesome & bet you feel it too. I know what you mean about the brain taking longer then your body to loose weight Ive lost a great deal of weight & am veryyyy proud, but these last 18lbs have been hard. Another thing I noticed was I didnt see changes till I lost about 30 lbs, not becuase there wasn't any, but bc I THOUGHT i looked 240 at 275, so when I finally did reach 240 I was thinking "Wow so what did I look like before" picked up pictures and realized I looked alot dif at 275 then I thought!! Im now down to 195!! KEEP POSITIVE!!

    this is truly inspiring to a lot of people...keep the brain in check. Really accept who you are now, and not who you were. People will still look at you, but this time the reasons are all positive....keep up the good work.
