    Congratulations, what an achievement.

    I am on the end my first week, exercised every day for 25-30 minutes, came in under calories and still weigh the same. I am a little discouraged, but will keep trying to see if I get some weight off.

    Did you start losing in the first week or did it take a couple of weeks before it started dropping off?

    Keep in mind during your weight loss journey that you will gain muscle when you work out. The same volume of muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat. Therefore, your sucess can't me measured on the scales alone. How are your clothes fitting? How do you feel? These are much better gauges to go by. I have been taking my measurements along with my weight since joining. It is more encouraging for me. I have been doing this since mid July. I have only lost 9 lbs BUT as of today I have lost a total of 17 1/16 inches. Good luck and keep up your hard work!
