Not as a bride but as a guest  I heard chicks aren't supposed to wear white but is this okay since it isn't solid white? I don't really know the rules, it is also above the knee... Don't know it that matters 0_o

I actually agree, it's a nice dress!0

I think that dress will look great!
And I'm sure it wouldn't make any problems for the bride.0 -

I was expecting you to post a floor length white bridal style dress and then maybe I would say no don't do that  but no,seriously it's a nice dress,I don't see a problem at all.0 -
That is fine for a wedding!0

Absolutely! It's lovely!0 -
I was expecting to see something fluffier and whiter. Yeah, that's fine.0

I think it looks like a costume, but as far as being appropriate, its on the line. There are so many other colors, just let the bride be the one in white/ivory/ecru. I guess it would be okay if the dress code is casual. Check and see if the bridal party is wearing something similar. I had a friend wear a purple dress to a wedding not knowing the bridemaids were wearing purple also. It made her feel uncomfortable!0

Ask the Bride. I think it is fine.....but there are some "bridezillas" out there.0
-
sure! it's super cute!
i think weddings these days are a lot more casual then they used to be about what's "allowed".
I think this dress is was more appropriate then the "little black dress" that a lot of girls wear to weddings (which is apparently a big no-no)0 -
It's cute! But I'd be cautious of the length. I'm only 5'4 and I bought a dress similar to that. When I got it, I tried it on, and it was SOOO short! Those cut-outs on the side look like they go really high. I couldn't wear the one I bought, it was more like a tunic (long shirt). But it is very cute!0

Most I think would be okay, but as mentioned, you may have a picky bride....I also wondered at the length.
Edited - maybe it comes in a different colour?0 -

You will want the freedom to socialize without feeling restricted about sitting, walking around, etc.0 -

Should not be a problem. The only problem would be solid white or wearing the same color as the wedding party.0 -

I personally think it's kind of inappropriate. But I guess it depends on the venue.
Don't forget you are going to be sitting most of the time. How short is that thing going to be when you sit down?0 -
Colour-wise it's fine, it looks silver to me.
But yeah, keep in mind that it's short and you're going to be sitting in it. I personally don't like the dress, there are so many more lively, fun wedding dresses out there!0 -
very cute..go for it..0
-
Yes you can Sweetheart! You are young and pretty--rock it girl!0
-
I love it! I don't see a problem with wearing it, unless at a tea ceremony wedding maybe (the bride wears the same style of dress but in red).
I've always loved these kind of dresses but wondered if I was too white to pull it off lol0 -
I can't see the dress???0
-
I think that dress is adorable! It is completely acceptable for a wedding. Have fun !:drinker:0

It's a pretty dress.
However, it looks quite short to wear to a wedding.
also, while it's pretty, I'm not sure the coloring of the dress would go well with your complexion. I'd look for something with a gold tone.
**While it doesn't need to go past your knee, it should be relatively close.0
