    I really prefer 16oz curls between the hours of 4-7pm. "Happy hour" as some of my weightlifting friends call it.

    Deadlift? Most I've ever deadlifted was my family's dead dog... probably around 60lbs.


    Overhead press? I think my girl would be upset if I told you how much she weighed.

    I only use dumbbells for the most part.

    all posted for each arm

    bench: 100lb
    hammers: 75lb
    shrugs: 75lb
    flyes: 40lb


    Those are the basics...you can do so much more with dumbbells.

    Bench: No idea, havent flat benched for years. maybe 315x1


    Squat: 405x5


    Deadlift: havent done one off the floor in a year. Last time my max was roughly 585x1. I am stronger now. But would need to get back into it. I've been doing them from the rack.


    Overhead press: havent maxed this in ages. definitely can do 185x8, standing.


    Weight? Goal Weight? : 200. Goal 250, same bodyfat.

    I agree with some of the other posters...I know this is a fitness site...and people like to show pictures of the their body and results....

    But I personally think it's against the Man Code to really want to show off how much you can bench....Means Nothing...IMHO

    I'm up to 95 pound dumbbells on the bench which is my personal best. Not sure how it would translate to barbell press. Goal is to bench my weight at 210 using 105 dumbells. Trying to get to that goal by losing weight and gaining strength.

    Squat = 365 * 5, I could probably do quite a bit more but I get knee pain any heaver
    Dead Lift = 315 * as long as my hands can hold the bar...
    Pull Up = idk.. around 30 wide grips
