Who's planning on exercising today?

    iv already worked out lol i did the entire biggest loser calorie knockout dvd it was great :) i hope you get a nice sweat with your work out :D

    Walked 5 miles this morning. Would have gone longer, but my dog crapped out on me, he went and layed down in the shade and wouldn't walk anymore, so we had to head home.

    I'm just getting back into it. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical at the gym (which was almost empty! Love vacation weeks!) and took the dog for two walks so far today. Doggie gets one more walk today.

    I'm not... I wheeled 22.91 miles on Friday so I am enjoying the weekend, and then attacking those streets again on Monday with 15 miles.

    walked 3 miles (in less than hour)..this am. Right before the nice rain started! YAY RAIN!!! I've done laps around walmart..and have already went over my 10,000 steps and I think like 12 flights of stairs today! I'm good! ;)

    I already worked out for 41 minutes today, hopefully I'll get in another 20-40 min here before 4pm. I work in a gym so whenever it's dead I hop on a machine and get in whatever I can.

    I really didn't want to work out today but now I'm glad I'm getting it done.

    Today is Legs day in the Gym
    Doing the DTP system on bodybuilding.com plus squats. Should burn over 1k calories in about 1.5 hours.

    Might Puke but then I can eat more!

    Starting week 3 of C25k this evening when it cools down. I've done week 1 and 2 2 weeks each, and I'm really nervous about tonights workout.

    Wow, your dog walks 5 miles? I've been only walking my dog around a few blocks lol. A bit off topic there, but I was surprised!

    Just completed 30 minutes on the Stair climber, 42 minutes on the Elliptical and 15 minutes jumping rope. I am tired.

    I'm at work today but I'll still be working out on my lunch break as per usual. In about an hour, I'll do the elliptical.

    I planned on it, but winds outside are crazy and there is possibility for tornadoes from the tropical storm. Staying inside today! Might do the 30DS dvd though.

    Met my goal of 10,000 steps for the day. Included the treadmill in the counting.

    also worked in the yard for an hour - a beautiful day here in columbus, OH.
    So, as a resuly, am running in negative Net claories at this moment! Feels great.

    I am going to ride my stationary bike for a half hour then do an hour zumba DVD. Love it!

    This has been great reading about everyone's activities today - that to the originator of this string. I stretched for 10 minutes, did 100 crunches and then rode my elliptical for 35 minutes. Great work everyone! :flowerforyou:
