Game on and count me in.
    I'm Matt.
When I started on MFP in June I had planned to incorporate weight lifting into my weekly exercise once I had taken off the first 50 pounds. As of last Monday I was down 42 so that give me three more weeks to reach 50 down and the start of the Christmas Challenge.

For the challenge, my goals are:
Average 5 hours per week of cardio (swimming)
Average 3 hours per week of lifting (to begin once I reach earlier goal of 50 pounds down)
Lose 40 pounds (Sept. 17th to Dec. 17th, my weigh ins are on Mondays)

I'm going to try and lose the weight by the 15th of november though, as I'm leaving on a trip on the 20th and would love to be in shape by then.

I'm going to do jillian michaels 30 day shred, combined with going to the gym (started yesterday and I can't move!! haha)
    Goodluck to all!! ;-)
