    HI, I just started keeping track this week myself. Just hold to adding everything you eat .. and drink lots of water :)

    Happy to share diaries if you are looking for friends. I am diabetic, so have to control sugar intake but been at this for a year now, although I lost my mid way through, due to hospitals, ill health and a lack of determination. (Been back on track for a little while now though and have some friends in real life and from here who help to keep me on track). So, I do now there WILL be hard times ahead, but we are all here to help you through it. That would be my best advice. Get a good circle of friends who can help you through the difficult times, before them come. :)
