    Favorites: Deadlifts, squats

    Least favorite: burpees (i always feel that when i hit the ground i'm not gonna be able to get back up haha)

    My favorite exercise is swimming. I love being in water and I never have a 'bad' workout

    My least favorite exercise is bench press. No matter how much I do it I never really feel an improvement. (Pretty weak bench for a guy my size/weight). Also dips tend to hurt my shoulders before I feel muscle fatigue

    My favorite is anything outdoors - walking, hiking, biking, tennis.

    Least favorite - machines inside - treadmill or spinning

    I don't mind classes indoors, but running or peddling on a machine inside going nowhere drives me nuts. I run the track inside in the winter, at least I'm going somewhere.

    I hate, hate, HATE butt blasters. They are basically a weighted donkey kick using the Smith machine. But oh, they do such nice things to my hams and glutes....

    I love heavy leg day, especially deadlifts and leg presses.

    I don't like dancing or any of those typical "aerobics" type videos with froo-froo music and leotards.

    My favorite is riding a bike, but I have no bike right now, so I have settled on jogging for now.
  • I hate pushups, and power jumps in insanity. EW!
    but I have grown to love burpees, jogging, and ab work.

    Neutral...I do them, but I don't really like them:
    Pullups/pulldowns.

    LOL's:
    Shrugs
    forearm curls
    skullcrushers into close grip presses (seriously, WTF here meatheads?)

    Now to excercises that I make no judgement on, I just don't like doing:
    anything isolating abs
    cleans
    bicep curls
    flys
    upright rows
    endurance cardio of any kind
