    way fabulous job.. good for you. i have been stuck on 186lbs for a couple weeks now, you do get discourged with it. success stories and pictures help put things into perspective. thanks for sharing. your kids will difinately beneft too. staiying healthy is the way to go. :happy:

    Congratulations, what an achievement.

    I am on the end my first week, exercised every day for 25-30 minutes, came in under calories and still weigh the same. I am a little discouraged, but will keep trying to see if I get some weight off.

    Did you start losing in the first week or did it take a couple of weeks before it started dropping off?
