    1. Head straight for the coffee pot.
    2. Give my annoying cat some cat treats so she'll stop meowing at me like she's starving to death.
    3. Take a shower.

    OH GOD, my cat does that too.

    2. Turn on my coffee maker
    3. Let the dogs out

    So it's you who lets the dogs out!

    Yup, that's about right.

    Unless the data is no good (hasn't changed or went up). Then my number 3 changes to "Flipping Off Scale and Admiring Myself in the Mirror."

    If I have a gain, I log it anyway on here. Need to be honest with myself! Fluctuations are normal, however if it was because of something I ate, I make a mental note not to eat it again.

    Before trying to lose the weight:
    1. pee
    2. shower
    3.wake kids up to get them fed

    Now that i'm trying ;)
    1. pee
    2. Yoga
    3. shower

    Keep in mind my wake up time has gone from 5:30 to 4:45 in order to squeeze the yoga in before the shower and having to wake the kids and the husband. Was never really a morning person, but realized if I dont get up in the AM to do some sort of workout i may not have the time in the PM to get anything in either. Still working out the kinks when it comes to forcing myself out of bed that early, but slow progress is still progress :)

    On work days: Toilet, shower, brush my teeth, get changed

    On weekend / vacation: Get my son ready, then shower, brush my teeth and get changed. :D

    It depends... workday or weekend... workout day or rest day...

    Typical workday...

    1. Use the restroom

    2. Brush my teeth

    3. Get dressed/eat breakfast

    Weekend with run...

    1. Use the restroom LOL Pattern here?

    2. Grab my gatorade, stretch and get ready to go.

    3. Run
  • S hit , shower and shave.

    LOL...right to the point

    For me:
    1. Straighten up from the night before
    2. Personal hygiene stuff
    3. Cook breakfast....Then tinker some more around the house.

    1. put on my gym clothes (unless it's Tuesday)
    2. bathroom pit stop - the usual
    3. drink emergen-c and/or eat a handful of almonds to fuel my workout.

    My kids wake me up by banging the door open and running at my side of the bed, so

    1. Shoo kids out of the room.
    2. Check mfp
    3. Bathroom (and weigh if I feel so inclined)
    4. Let dog out if kids haven't already.
    5. Breakfast

    Walk dog so she too can have a pee. (I live in a condo...no yard.)
