1. Stop timer on my Fitbit (I track my sleep).
2. Bathroom.
3. Weigh.0 -
1. Turn off alarm.
2. Consider staying home from work.
3. Get ready for work.0 -
1. Start coffee
2. Pee while coffee is brewing
3. Change into workout clothes
I'm amazed by the number of people who don't pee at all. Or are they just embarrassed about it? lol
My thoughts entirely.... think of the water retention guys... lol

Rub one out (it gets the circulation going and makes me happy)
Pee
Brush teeth0 -
1. Hit snooze.
2. Roll over and go back to sleep.
After waking up the second time:
1. Go downstairs, pour coffee (it's auto-started in the morning and waiting on me)
1A. Let the dog out if he happened to follow me down the stairs
2. Morning bathroom ritual
3. Get the kids up and moving (wake the 5 year old and get her started out of bed, get the 2-year-old out of his crib get him dressed and head toward breakfast)0 -
1. Head straight for the coffee pot.
2. Give my annoying cat some cat treats so she'll stop meowing at me like she's starving to death.
3. Take a shower.0 -
Pee, brush my teeth, and feed the kids0

Yup, that's about right.
Unless the data is no good (hasn't changed or went up). Then my number 3 changes to "Flipping Off Scale and Admiring Myself in the Mirror."
If I have a gain, I log it anyway on here. Need to be honest with myself! Fluctuations are normal, however if it was because of something I ate, I make a mental note not to eat it again.0 -

Now that i'm trying
1. pee
2. Yoga
3. shower
Keep in mind my wake up time has gone from 5:30 to 4:45 in order to squeeze the yoga in before the shower and having to wake the kids and the husband. Was never really a morning person, but realized if I dont get up in the AM to do some sort of workout i may not have the time in the PM to get anything in either. Still working out the kinks when it comes to forcing myself out of bed that early, but slow progress is still progress0 -

On weekend / vacation: Get my son ready, then shower, brush my teeth and get changed.0 -
