    Great job man. My dream is to be under 200 some day and I keep trying to get there. My problem is I rebound back up and give up. This is truly an inspiration to keep pushing through it. Thanks for the hope that it can happen.

    Eat something. Celery is filling. Carrots are filling. If you are hungry, its your body's way of saying feed me.

    You look fantastic, and so does your golden retriever. But really, what a difference health wise and happiness too. Being able to sleep easier, to hike places like in your picture... that is why I am doing this.
