i'm in the kale camp too.
100g or more of raw kale, stem and all.
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop protein - optional
1/2 to 1 cup milk of your choice (i use almond)
1 frozen banana
a handful of berries of your choice
3-4 ice cubes and maybe 1/2 cup water if it's too thick
uhhhhmazing.

My fave after workout smoothie...
70g spinach
31g choc whey isolate
5g cocoa powder
15g natural PB
140g frozen strawberries
70g frozen blueberries
8oz unsweetened almond milk
2-3oz water, to mix
Blend and enjoy. It's the best.0 -
