shiritaki noodles (calorie free) with spicy schezwan sauce...then I put stir fry veggies with extra broccoli (my favorite) and thinly sliced chicken breast...and you can also add teryaki sauce to it. 343 calories for two cups of the stir fry and a whole 7.5 ounce pack of noodles

Orange Chicken - This is my favorite healthy Chinese food recipe so far. It makes a lot of sauce and the serving is pretty large, so it's very satisfying! Use light orange juice, like Tropicana 50, for the sauce, serve with rice to soak up all the sauce.

I typically make this for four people, so this is four servings.
    14-16 oz beef
two heads of broccoli (or frozen florets)
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    16 oz beef broth
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce

    Beef with broccoli

Slice strips of steak (can be any kind, but I typically use round steak) into thin slices, cut against the grain
Chop broccoli into florets (or use frozen)

Heat one tbsp oil on medium-high heat. (I use peanut oil.) Lightly sprinkle beef strips with black pepper and garlic. Stir-fry beef strips until brown. Remove beef from pan. Set aside. Add broccoli to pan and stir-fry for about 8 minutes (or until broccoli is tender.) Put beef back into pan with broccoli. In small bowl, mix beef broth with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Whisk in cornstarch until mixed thoroughly. Add broth mixture to pan with beef and broccoli. Stir continuously until sauce thickens. Continue stirring one more minute. Remove from heat.

I typically serve this over cooked rice, but you could do low mein noodles or whatever you choose. You could also add other veggies if you choose, but we like it with just the beef and broccoli.
