I have consistantly stayed at / around / under 1200 calories per day for just a few days short of logging every day for an entire year, and have lost nearly 60 pounds. Feel free to look! My foods don't change much, but I might be able to give you an inspiration or two :-)0

Mine is open - disregard last weekend though! It was a rough one! LOL.. the rest is pretty good. I have occasional high days and cheat days here and there, but am trying to work out/figure out how much I want to do on a cheat day or sparse them out more so I keep getting good results. i.e., you'll see some higher days, but you can either look at them and nod, understanding that I've lost almost 45 pounds (in 5 months) WITH cheat days or, you can ignore those and just look at my 'on track' days...
