    total lbs lost 5 LBS Not too bad wish I had hit my personal goal weight of 200.0 but hey I did pretty AWESOME!!! Ready for more weight loss Challenges!

    Bummer, I was 206 yesterday but had a high sodium dinner. I'm still happy with my four pounds since I had stalled for a few weeks. I went on vacation earlier in the month and decided to relax a bit on the counting and aim for TDEE, and when I came back I lost about 4 pounds in a few days!

    I have learned: That it really works to keep persevering when things on the scale aren't moving the way you want, and that as long as you are making good choices you will still feel fantastic. I also learned this week that it is really easy to backslide when life gets stressful and my schedule changes a lot. I have been staying under my calories, by too much some days, but my food choices haven't been nearly as great and my motivation to cook goes waaaay down.

    Can't wait for September!

    August challenge -4.4 lost, not bad. TOM could have waited until next week(bloating and water gain), oh well I did better than I expected. I learned from this challenge that I can do anything that I want as long as I stay dedicated. Bring on September!!

    I am happy with the first month. Went past my goal for the month of 10lbs. Didn't kill myself with exercise and low amounts of eating and averaged more than 2.5lbs per week. Not expecting that every month but hopefully by the New Year I will be close to where I want to be.
