    You look great well done it is a long process getting the weight down but well worth it, you must be very proud of yourself :)
    My husband is like you he was very sporty and also had a physical job so could eat what he liked, but then he went back to college and got a desk job but carried on eating his usual amount and the pounds have piled on! Now we are both on diets I'm hoping to get him on here as well and hope it works for us both :)
