Well I am counting today already even though it is only 7.30pm here in the Uk because after my pudding in a minute I will not eat again till breakfast.

    So far its

I ate loads yesterday (though not snacking after dinner) as I knew I had to run a mega long way this morning. It was quite horrible seeing red numbers on my diary but hey ho, today I will never reach my target so its swings and roundabouts. I ran 20 miles this morning so have made sure I have eaten really well today. But now I am shattered and need my bed very soon

Well done  everyone for your efforts

Taren, once you post on a thread, you can see it under community and then in "my topics"

I'm in too. I have to stop the late night snacking now, not later. I usually get home from work around 11p and snack till I go to bed at 1a. Starting Sept. 4, I will allow myself to have only one healthy snack (100 calories) after getting home from work. And on the days I don't work one healthy snack after dinner. My goal is to stop the sanity of late night snacking!!

I'm in. If I have to recap I'd say I'm off to a bad start. Had family in town and late nights.
    Through 9/3...

This is a weak spot for me...but even eating dinner late is sometimes a challenge. Thanks for the thread!

I'm in! This is my biggest failure. My kitchen closes after dinner this month, the only open thing is the fruit bowl and veggie drawer!

Not last night but the night before on the dirty deed. I decided to up my cut off time to 11pm as I do stay up pretty late I'm a retired 3rd shifter. I thought I'd take it to task by tapering it more earlier week by week. Tonight it's 11pm again but I'm gonna shoot for 10:30pm

I've had this problem since I started college... a week ago. And it's funny because, at home, I'm usually the strictest about my diet.

So, time to put this one to work!

A plain yogurt and a few dried apricots later are the reason. At least these were healthy choices!
